ARBUCKLE'S NEW PRODUCTION REEL

It's that time of year again... spring cleaning! It's been a big year for Arbuckle Industries. New projects and clients, expanded services and gear. We went through the archives to pick out some cinematic gems to add to our main production reel. Here's a little background on what we've been up to.
DAGNE DOVER
Our first foray into the fashion world was a big success. We're very proud of our film promoting Dagne Dover's stylish handbags. Shot entirely in slow motion on a Sony FS7 with our DJI Ronin 3-Axis Gimbal, the video has a fluid and modern feel very different from most of our other work.
41 COOPER SQUARE
This was another project where the gimbal came into good use - a virtual tour. The new addition to Cooper Union is a beautiful, state-of-the-art, nine-story building designed by Thom Mayne, principal of Morphosis. Production was stalled for a few months due to the difficulties of filming during winter, but we'll be back in the East Village soon to get those last few shots!
BROOKFIELD PLACE
The new Winter Garden at Brookfield Place in the Financial District was the perfect spot for the Lab at Rockwell Group's captivating holiday light installation. It was also a great opportunity for us to pull out our new 7-foot dolly to capture long, gliding movements of the illuminated light shows. We even got to meet and film Meghan Trainor for the exhibit's grand opening!
We have continued to expand our client base and services into traditional creative agencies and commercial work. Branching out has allowed us to interview some amazing people, including actor Robert DeNiro, news anchor Natalie Morales, Wayfair's executive creative director, Christiane Lemieux, and many more.
In addition to integrating cutting edge gear and technology into our shoots, we've tested out a variety of cameras, including the Sony a7S II, FS5 and FS7. We now rent gear according to our needs per shoot, i.e. slow motion, low light, camera stabilization, etc. We're looking forward to another year of growth and development and can't wait to share the excitement with you!
